The selection is enormous and there is something for all tastes for sure. In general, the quality of the furniture is impressive as well. However, it can sometimes be a bit pricey, depending on the department and compared to more specialized stores. The associates on the ground were knowledgeable and very courteous. One less agreeable fact is that you can sometimes feel "hunted", but that is to be expected since they are selling expensive furniture on commission. Finally, the ordering process was easy and straightforward. It took a long time 7 months to receive my custom order, but it was very well-explained at buying time and the delay estimate was dead on. The delivery went really well and the delivery staff was impeccable.
Ordered a tv module, with a carpet and a living room table in February 2022. The clerk told us that it would be about 7 months before I receive the furniture which was not ideal but I accepted nonetheless. When they delivered the furniture last week of August 2022 they assembled the tv module and didn't realise they had the wrong screws so it went straight through. They also had the wrong living room table. The delivery clerks told me to not worry, someone from the company will contact us to repair the mistakes. I had to contact them myself more than a week later for them to tell me that they're sorry but the living room table was elsewhere and they would be in touch when they have it and are ready to deliver it with the new tv module. I then received a call from them telling me they were ready to deliver the furniture. They transferred me to the delivery office which sent me directly to voicemail. I tried calling the day after and same, voicemail. Now I call todaySeptember 29th 2022, and they tell me they don't have the furniture and they'll call me when they'll have it ready to deliver. Really starting to get my nerves. To make this clear, the only reason why this is a 2 star rating is that the furniture is of good quality.
I ordered furniture on May 26. The furniture was supposed to be delivered in August end or September starting. I visited the office twice once in September and then again in October beginning to know the status and these people promised that it will be delivered by the end of October. Now it's November and still they have no clue. They will keep on saying that furniture is in transit and take a week more but either they are lying or their supplier is from some other planet.
I have to say excuse everybody to buy from this store. When they want to sell; they follow you step by step and after sell, they does not care for delivery. I bought sofa in april and in contract they mention delivery date end of june. End of june they said end of july or mid of august. Today they said end of september without any excuse. Just said it is not our control. This is their customer satisfaction. What can i do except waiting?????

the after service is terrible. I've made a simple request for spare parts for an oven fan over 30 days ago. they opened a case, and no one has answered my calls or returned my emails since. quick to make the sale, but hopefully you do not have any questions afterwards. no customer relationship. you can go anywhere if you are shopping on price and selection. disappointed.
Arrogant, unresponsive, irresponsible dealer: we spent $15,000 here, including $7k on a Bertazzoni stove. The stove arrived broken - the glass front cover was shattered and the cooling fan is out of whack. Zero response after multiple requests for a fix - no engagement, no calls back, no taking responsibility. It's hard to believe a retailer for high-end goods any goods can be this unresponsive, arrogant. I don't complain a lot - but please, avoid this dealer like the plague. Contact me directly if you want more details. We have placed several calls to store management and have zero action.
Nice furniture and decor. However, to pay for an item it takes forever. Would not be back based on that!
The service that we received was really good, Marc-Antoine was easy-going and knowledgeable about the product, he was patient to show us around and recommended the products that suited our needs. We placed the order for all 5 appliance + microwave and setup the delivery for Mid-June
I wish I had read the Google reviews before shopping here. I purchased a washer/dryer combo and a dishwasher in May 2021 for estimated delivery end of June 2021. I have still received nothing. I have called multiple times to speak with customer service. Each time they say they will call me back with some information by end of day or the next day. They NEVER call back. Also, I wanted to order LG products but was told by the salesperson in May that LG was delayed until September so if I needed the product fast I should order a different brand. I ordered the brand he recommended. Now it is September with no product in sight and obviously I could have ordered the product I actually wanted. And on top of that, you cannot cancel your order without losing your deposit so you are stuck dealing with their terrible customer service and their "I don't care" attitude. I will never shop at this store again.
