Update October 12, 2017: The furniture was replaced and all is good. But please do not use sleazy sales tactics. Leons stands for quality of service not bad service. Changed my rating to 3 stars for fixing the issue. Update: the furniture we got was damaged. Poor quality. We got a HORRIBLE sales person which tainted the experience. I was basically told that the OWNER which was on site, did not have time to come out and talk to me. Wow!!! Never heard that one before.

The actual worst. Bought a sofa and paid extra for the extended warranty. Took exceptional care of the sofa and after only a year, it started to sag. Went to the store and spoke to manager Chris McKercher (son of the owner), and he was rude, told me it was my fault that the sofa sagged, refused to honour the warranty. Will never shop at any Leon's again. Bought a new sofa from another company (CB2) and love it. Much better quality and excellent customer service.

As soon as you walk in the door the sales staff bug you, and are like leaches, following you around the store. The electronics Dept. no longer exists with tv’s etc. just pushed to the side of the store. No one in the store has any idea about electronics when asked about the difference between 2 x 55inch Samsung 4k smart TV’s one $699 the other $750 they had no idea so he just supplied BS. After simply checking online I found the difference was just Bluetooth and the remote. I am sure that a knowledgeable salesperson could have upsold me to a much better choice. Bring back a dedicated area to electronics and hire a professional (or at least someone that could go online and research) or stop selling electronics. I believe this kind of CS is harmful to your store. Great finance options though.

Worst experience ever. The short version: over 4 months since we bought our bedroom set and we still have no bed. Endless screw ups and no accountability or solutions. Add to that lots of unpleasant phone encounters with rude sales reps, and I will definitely never spend another cent in this store. Stay away!
