Recently we were renovating three rooms and we went to James Reid Furniture where floor plans based on our lifestyle and style preferences were prepared for us. This greatly helped to narrow our choices. We found a tremendous selection of furniture and home decor, including Canadian manufacturers. Their showrooms are beautiful and customer service is paramount. The delivery staff were professional and friendly and our entire experience with James Reid Furniture was exceptionally satisfying.

We have been very satisfied with our shopping experience at James Reid. The store provides beautiful room displays to help assist the customer with decorating ideas. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful. We were also very pleased with the courteousness of the delivery staff.

Selection of store was good. But service/help was non existent... not even a hello. Would never buy here based on service alone.

I visited Nov 5 and one of the staff made a undeserved and unprofessional remark. My experience at the Princess St location was the opposite, very gracious and welcoming. JM
