Minnoz Restaurant & Lounge

Wonderful fresh seafood with a beautiful view of Nanaimo harbor. Service was excellent and specials are delicious. Definitely a place for a special occasion or a treat as it's a little pricey. The best clams and muscles I've ever had.

Inside the Coast Bastion Hotel, Minnoz Restaurant and Lounge is a great place for an intimate evening out. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Be sure to try their famous Nanaimo Bar Cheesecake while gazing out into the harbour.

Stayed at the Coast Bastien and went to Minnoz for a light dinner, which turned into more of us and more food. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our server Janeen could not have been more attentive. This is not just a hotel restaurant..and awesome meal top notch service.

Had the bone in pork chop and spicy wings as an Appy the food was really good. The service was great and the atmosphere was laid back. Keep in mind I was one of two people in the restaurant and it was 9pm.

Super staff here at Minnoz! Alisha is really fun and a very knowledgeable server! They have live music on Fridays which is a great reason to keep coming back !

Ordered the salmon burger with ceaser salad. Looked great, but was not tasty. I could not eat everything, becuase it was cold and seemed to me that it was frozen. I was concerned my health. Also, the ceaser salada is no taste. I can't say it is a ceaser salad. It is a lemon salad... I will never go threre again.

Great place for late night dining, lounge is very comfy. Open when other places aren't. Good servers shout out to Alicia! Braised short ribs are heaven.
