Top Notch Burgers

My husband and I had dinner there yesterday, I ordered the bison burger, with fried Brussels sprouts and he ordered bare necessities burger, I think. Service was very friendly and efficient, the portions are large. It's a more "gourmet" burger type place. The seating is comfortable. All in all, a good experience.

Its clearly called "Top Notch Burgers" for a reason. Not only were the burgers absolutely amazing, but the appys, drinks and staff were great also. Katherine was on it all night, never did we have to wait to ask for a drink. The bartender Kaylyn was also very inviting, and great at her job. I went for my first time there, with my girlfriend on our first real date. The atmosphere, and overall experience made it a date to remember. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I got the brisket hash, which was huge! It was loaded with crispy brussel sprouts, crunchy hash, melt-in-your-mouth brisket, cheese and poached eggs topped with hollandaise--oh and don't forget the arugula! A well-balanced and robust meal, wishing there was more sauce, but overall it was so delicious! Only things I didn't quite enjoy were the crouton-like toast and hard-poached eggs I prefer medium or soft, very personal preference though. We also got the simple stack, which is a burger with double patties, cheese, and pickles. The burger patties were juicy and thick, buns complimented well. However, I do miss having the tomato and lettuce in my burger. I was kinda disappointed in the fries on this though, they were very oily and overfried. Service was attentive and friendly, would definitely be back to try more things!

Great place to enjoy a quality burger downtown. Can be busy during rush times. We have been waitlisted, but usually short term. All the food and cocktails are delicious. I also enjoyed the desserts. Would recommend this joint if you love a good burger with locally produced ingredients.Food: 5/5

The food here is very good. Service was less than excellent, but nevertheless was good enough to get served and have a meal. This review would be 5 stars because of the less than stellar service, given the prices here. I had the seafood chowder which was wonderful, and a half Caesar salad with chicken that also was excellent. I enjoyed my light and tasty meal which was welcome after a ling day of travelling. Step up the service just a bit and this is a 5 star review.

Plates are big! Be ready to have the belly full after the meal. Chips are extremely good, especially with the garlic Dip. Burger was ok. I was expecting it more Juicy. And I felt like the bun was too soft. Prices are a little high for burgers. Overall, it's good, but not my favorite restaurant in the area.

After reading the reviews we were very excited to try this place. I’m not sure if we ordered the the best things on the menu; Fungi burger and Chicken club burger. The chicken burger was bland and was bathing in cheese. So much so that it made the bun soggy and very hard to eat. It was painful watching my spouse try to handle the thing she has handled burgers before. She resorted to fork and knife when it went through total meltdown after a couple bites. My mushroom burger hardly had mushrooms in it. For the price, I was expecting a little more flavour and a little less grease. Our server was very nice and food was quick. Service 8/10 Burgers 5/10

We went here for Lunch today, and made it just in time before their kitchen closed for dinner service. Only waited a few minutes for a table. The food came promptly, the service was on point and the food was delicious. I ordered the "Right on the Bulls eye" Burger with Garden Salad beware there are olives *pictured below*. We also enjoyed the Onion Rings. Out of the two burgers I tasted, I preferred the "Aussie" burger, the meat was very flavourful. Looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing! I ordered “chicken southern comfort” and it was absolutely delicious. It was a nice mix of sweet chutney, savoury bacon, brie cheese and slightly herby likely due to the garlic aioli and pickle. I had no expectations when I ordered but it sounded like something I would enjoy. I love brie, chicken is light, bacon is always good, and an apple cranberry chutney sounds delicious. The flavours mesh so well together. The chicken was moist and not over cooked, despite it being a chicken breast I think? Maybe a boneless chicken thigh?. Either way it was amazing. The portion was generous and everything tasted fresh! Even the fries! Will def be back! Ordered from door dash btw which is nice for those days you don’t want to leave the warm, comfort of your home. Ps. It was a bit messy but what can you expect when it’s loaded with ingredients?!

The burgers were amazing especially the mushroom peppricorn burger! Can't forget the taste, it was that good! The drinks were great! The appetizer and the creme brule was dissapointing sadly.
