Typical Fleet n Farm shopping experience. I NEEDED a pair of mid-high hiking boots for winter non-slip traction walking with a prosthetic leg, I'd called ahead and they had a pair of Hi-Tech hikers @ the service desk waiting for me, and they fit perfectly n were reasonably priced curing my snow walking issues.

Sorry not so good. Looking  at portable a/c units. Display  only no details  about  product  available.  Asked  employee  for  help, no answer just stood there. He got a manager , so now I've  got  2 employees just standing  there. They said manuals  were  way in the back of another building.   Supose they expected me to do there job for them. I  just walked  away. I guess  that made them happy.  I was sad very sad.

The margins are going up since fleet farm has been sold to new own.

Especially during a sale, great place to get pet supplies. Plenty of selection, not too much and not too little. Went in today and cashier Nitza was very friendly and helpful.
