Salvation Army Thrift Store

Poor service. First I was ignored for over 10min. Then I found something I liked. Clearly marked 10 with a hand written tag including written description. Go to pay only to be told it's now 80. I've worked in ran and even owned a business...this is not how it's done. I'm happy to give.. but I'll donate my $ elsewhere rather than spend it here.

At one time, this was a favorite thrift store of mine. This past year, I've seen many changes. Most for the good. The store is organized better than ever. It's fairly clean & the employees are friendly. I think they have a new manager. The bad part is they are now asking more $$ than eBay for vintage items. I've stopped there several times since January. Many of the same items are still there in April!! I understand they are there to make money. However, when eBay is cheaper with shipping on many corelle dish patterns. Now merchandise is just sitting there. It is no longer on my places to stop lists when I'm in the area. The Goodwill next door is AMAZING. It's one of my favorites

Cute store. Good prices. Took off stars only because they charged me for 4 of an item when i only bought 3 and got charged for 2 of another item when i only bought 1. If i hadnt looked over my receipt before i left i would've been really upset because i live 90 mins away.

They truly have good prices and a great variety of things which are clean and well kept. They often have specials, as yesterday there was 1/2 price off all clothing. ALL clothing, they have a ton right now. The girls on staff are very friendly and try to be fair in their pricing I have heard them discuss this. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it is a very difficult out of the way place to drive to get your parking behind the Culver's. It's often confusing and I think they lose a lot of business because people simply can't see the place from the main road.

Love this place. Good deals, great prices. i love to shop here.
