I go here for as much of my car supply shopping i can. Most of the time i receive excellent service starting as soon as i walk through the door. Occasionally they get backed up and i end up waiting a while for help, but it's always worth the wait!

Had a battery go bad in 3 months. They refused to warranty it and said the battery was good and I must have another issue. Went across the street to the competition and bought a battery from them. Problem solved. Haven't had any issues since.

Rented Ball joint tool kit on Sunday afternoon, paid cash. Brought in around 12:30 pm on Monday and told they do not have enough cash in house to refund me, and offered no other help..just that the will call me when they have cash in store. I asked for management and or district manager... nothing.. was told they could not do anything til cash came into store. So i had to wait untill 7pm this eve to get refund...keep in mind this was $240..not just $5 or $10 bucks..PERHAPS Store manager should try a little harder and at least try to make something happen. I am small business owner and have multiple trucks that needs repairs often..my money will be spent elsewhere.

Always helpful and usual have what I am looking for. If they don't have it in stock they can usually get it by the next day, sometimes the same day!!

Didn't carry the exact part but the staff was knowledgeable about the stuff and gave me a part that worked for my needs to get me back behind the wheel of my truck as soon as possible
