Shopko Fond Du Lac

Shopko is a great store with a large selection of quality merchandise, BUT AVOID USING THEIR PHARMACY!!!!! I've been going to Shopko Pharmacy for over 8 years now. It used to be really fast and convenient with friendly and knowledgeable staff. During the past year however things have changed for the worse. Whether it's making you wait forever for refills, not doing paperwork properly, or even calling you saying your prescription is ready and when you go to pick it up and they have not even started filling it. The pharmacists themselves are very good, but the entire staff (except Angela) have no clue what they're doing! So unless you have unlimited time to waste, I strongly suggest using a better pharmacy.

The store is okay, customer service is okay. There are a few who help, and then a few who could be doing things like keeping the store tidy. Instead talking. It looks like a dump inside, clothes all over, toys all over, shoes all over. Clean it up, make it look good and inviting

Over priced. "Clearance" items with tags saying 20% off yet pull the sticker off and it was cheaper then the 20% anyway yet covered up. Crazy how they can do that but I literally hate this place. Not to mention the bathrooms are gross and it doesn't look clean anywhere in the store. Total rip off! Stay away!!!

I was in the Fond du Lac Shopko and bought a Kayak and I have to mention how helpful the clerk named Desiree was. She helped me buy an item off the floor and from getting it off the rack to check out to even carrying it out of the store to my car. She was a true credit to your store. She made my day as she went the extra mile to assist me.

Clean store and great sales. Always check it out when in town.
