I sent in a $300 check that was specifically noted as post dated and when I found out they tried cashing it 2 days before the post date, I called. I was told by April that she handles hundreds of checks a day and she offered no apology, but then continues on with how bad I've been with making payments. No apology given for the inconvenience they just put me thru. Lady tries saying they will tack on a $30 NSF charge because its not her responsibility to look at dates on checks. Excuse me? What is your job?? This matter was over her attention to detail and she was firm that it wasnt her fault, but mine instead, for being in the position to even have to talk to her (because shes the financial assistance manager) Completely rude and uncalled for. I will be removing their service as soon as possible, because they don't know how to run a business. And their assistance credit manager literally made me feel worse about myself to the point of tears, even though I'm a paying customer (who was trying to pay $300 while on the phone) But yet according to country visions, via April the credit manager, I'm not a human being who deserves respect, I'm an account, thats past due. I was calling because I wanted the payment to be completed, and if she would have been more careful, I wouldnt have dealt with this. But according to her, if I would've just paid, I wouldn't have been talking to her. My account was on a keep fill. They stop by whenever to leave me a $150 Bill. I work two jobs and am still catching up, but to degrade me for my financial status, even when I'm on the phone to pay the $300 from a debit now instead of the $300 check I had dated for today, thats just apalling. Horrible experience and I will be telling everyone about it after they remove their tank.
