I was recommended to go here from gamestop to have a screen protector (the one this company sells) put on for my nintendo switch. They put it on, but not without complaining about doing this. One employee had to go next door to gamestop to tell him to stop sending people over to them for this service. If they treat a good recommendation like this, I would hate to see how they treat their actual customers.

My phone just glitched out.. It was a Saturday & my 2 yr olds big birthday.. It was a ' nothing you could do' moment.. Thank god for Josh who saved the day!!! I honestly thought I was walking out phoneless.. But he found a way so that didn't happen .. Great customer service!!!!

Excellent customer service!! The friendly greeter asked me the reason for my visit, then directed me to Mike, one of the Knowledgeable staff members. Mike has product knowledge and answered my questions. After we finished discussing the issues with my phone, I told Mike that I am very satisfied with my phone, but just for reference, can he show me a more advanced newer phone and what makes it advanced. After an informative discussion, I said that's all I have for today, and thank you for your help. I have visited the store before, and on those days the staff members were helpful and attentive as well. I love my ATT ZMAX2 phone, my ATT service is excellent, and every visit that I've had at this location was good!

I want to say Josh and Chris rock!!! Josh saved the day my last visit by finding a way to restore my photos after my crashed. This time he was very patient answering my questions and made sure I understood new features. Today I also got to witness Chris jump hoops to help a challenging customer. His tactics were top notch. I have worked in customer service for many years and all I can due is simply applaud both of them for going above and beyond high expectations!

Always messing with your monthly charges, so that it requires calling to get discounts that you have coming.
