Every staff person I have ever encountered at this store has always tried very hard to fulfill my request. If they did not have a part in stock and were unable to obtain it immediately, they assisted me in getting hold of that item, even if it meant directing me to a competitor. Have had some poor experiences at other auto parts stores which is why I continue to return here.

Great customer service and the service is amazing. I have not had a bad experience with any product that they sell or recommended.

Brenda Kalmus is the store manager here and she has to be the sweetest most knowledgeable auto parts supervisor I've ever met. Plus I bet she would get underneath your car and show you a thing or two. Thanks Brenda!
