What an awesome experience I just had at St Albert Dodge! I called about a GMC from their website before driving from Edmonton as I had gone looking at other dealerships for a specific vehicle I saw on their websites but weren't there when I arrived. Jerry confirmed the vehicle was on the lot and had it up front when I arrived. This vehicle was not a Chrysler but Jerry was VERY well informed on all the options and features of the unit which shows professionalism in his craft. We chatted and then took the SUV for a test drive. The unit was exactly what I wanted but the important part was how Jerry and then Clint treated myself, my wife and then my little ones when we came to pick up the SUV the next day. Anyone can have a bunch of vehicles on a lot but it takes brains and understanding what customers want to sell an EXPERIENCE, these guys get it. Go there, you won't be disappointed. No doubt when we need to replace our minivan we will head to St Albert Dodge to buy one from Jerry and the rest of the team.

St Albert Dodge goes above and beyond for their customers. First time I was there Shannon was very friendly and good at making you feel like family. Got a young guy he sure knows his stuff and his customer service is outstanding! The second time I went back to sign papers and to speak with my finance advisor Will, he was very professional  and seemed like he had my best interest at heart when it came to what my options were, plus he made me laugh. To top it off Shannon offered us  breakfast wraps and coffee!!! What more could a girl ask for.

Just bought my VERY FIRST car from John Smith at this dealership!! Everyone was a pleasure and so easy to work with!!! Would for sure recommend anyone to John Smith or to go to St.Albert Dodge. Everyone working was very knowledgeable and welcoming !! Made the process a very easy one! Loving my new Jeep.

After spending 6 hours enduring high pressure sales tactics at another dealership, St. Albert Dodge was like a well deserved vacation.

As soon as we sat down with our salesman (Ravi) we knew we were in the right hand. He was polite, straightforward and honest with us from the start. I was there with a friend who was looking to buy a brand new truck. She gave Ravi a list of what she wanted and her budget - he made it all happen and we were out of there in less than two hours.

She picks her truck up today and we both couldn't be happier that we went wit St. Albert Dodge, these guys know how to sell cars and how to make customers happy.

Just spent a pretty penny on a nice 3 year old truck... sales team was great and made it happen...  im starting to notice a few issues which is expected...  i got the extended bumper to bumper warranty so will soon find out how the service department is
