Poor service. I was looking for a sweater as a gift for my mother in law. When I inquired about a style/size that was not on display, the Sales assistant looked in the stock room, before informing me they were out of stock in that size. When I found something else, they again did not have the size on display (it's a medium for heaven sake!). When I asked her to check in the back, she informed me everything they have is on display.So which is it? I spent 30 minutes in the shop trying to find SOMETHING that might be a nice gift while the assistant only bothered to watch me and follow me around, refolding something I'd folded after picking it up . When I left, she did manage to lift her head to say goodbye. Clearly, she wasn't interested in selling much that day. But the store was very tidy!
