I enjoyed the experience I had the first time I walked into Change. I walked into the store wearing the wrong size bra, and I left with confidence in the "correct size". The only thing I would say about the store, is that you are left in a vulnerable state - where you wait on the person serving you to bring you the bras (while you wait half-naked in the dressing room), you are not aware of price point, you do not really have control of your bra preference. You explain to the sales representative what you are interested in - and she brings it to you. The second time I went back, was because I couldn't sell myself on purchasing 10 bras at $60 a piece. So I went back to exchange the 3 coloured bras I bought (2 reds, and a coral). I exchanged them for a neutral colour to get more "use" out of my bras. You can tell the sales lady was not happy. Even though the receipt said I can exchange them. When she processed the exchange - she discretely stamped my bill with a FINAL SALE - - - NO EXCHANGES stamp. I was not impressed. This is no way to treat a customer that just dropped $600 in your store. But with that treatment - I would find another location to go to next time.

i came in today as i received an email about their sale. All of their bras, except for the new spring 2018 collection i think, were priced at $49!!! Which was amazing! Change has been my go to place for the last 5 years. I never ever leave disappointed. And these bras last VERY long! i have tried La Senza and Victoria's Secret but never found the right fit and their bras' quality cannot be compared with Change's Today, Katherine was the associate helping me out with my sizes and designs. She was so funny and helpful. She helped me find the most gorgeous and comfortable bras! Change has so many styles of bras, and they go from basic to REALLY sexy. Yes, they are expensive but I always get excellent service, the most comfortable and longlasting bras.

They have great staff that make you feel comfortable and I wish there was one in Ottawa! There bras are perfect :)

Nice selection and friendly staff who were very helpful in finding me what I wanted. It's quite pricy but hopefully the items I bought will last a while.
