Metro Queen Mary

I went to this branch, it's not like I expected. Fruits and vegetables are not fresh at all!!! They have an offer on potatoes russet I was schoked that they're too old!! Otherwise they have a large variety of things like drinks, bread chocolate chips... They have a special on many things but must check out every items because sometimes prices are SUPER high! They still give plastic bags, i didn't get why, they have a reusable bags and everyone must bring his bag while shopping

This store is always well kept, everything in it's rightful place, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. And I mean everyone including the security guards etc. Parking not a problem as they have their own but just wish we could carry the carts to our vehicle to unload, but I can also see their concerns regarding that. Checkout is a breeze, whether it's self checkout or the cashier there is never a wait. Everything is always fresh , fruits, végétales, meat etc. Love it here . Keep it up guys

This store is open till 11pm which is handy in many situations, The parking lot is adequate but not super big so it probably fills up quickly. I found there is a little of everything but not a lot .There were quite a few shelves that were sold out, pop was a good example there was limited selection. If you are looking for vegan selections you have to wander around a bit It spaced out in some random spots. The staff is super friendly though and when back in the area I will be back .

Great grocery store with helpful people. The bakery is fresh and many kinds of carby things. There is an in store sushi counter and it is one of the better kind with a variety of rolls including vegetarian. They have a side salad bar and a hot service counter. Wide variety of produce, cheese and deli counter and a kosher section too. Many dry produce aisles. Only complaint is that they have so much selection that it's a bit on the crowded side in terms of item placement. Great place to browse and find a new variety of bean salad or vegan brownie mix.

I like the atmosphere, I also love the costumer service. They were always vigilante and active when helping a costumer, they would know beforehand when a costumer would need help in the self service machine. It shows how actively engaged they are with their work. This place is a busy spot for a grocery store and their employees are doing pretty well despite having bad costumers regularly.

It's alright, nothing exceptional, and more importantly nothing horrible. For those who care they have a decent Kosher section. My only criticism is that too often I found expired products that should have been removed from the shelves. Be careful with the dates and inspect products I.e you might have one steak prepared today, and another from 5-6 days ago

Very friendly and helpful staff. One employee in particular went above and beyond to help me find the frozen pizza aisle. I just finished work and needed to feed my starving children asap. I think the young fellow's name was Armand.

Metro is treating their visitors as thieves. The self checkout machine would constantly stop working on the middle because you haven’t placed the item fast enough, so on. Payment methods will fail randomly. No way any person with self-respect should do groceries at metro, unless you are a thief which Metro expect you to be

Was met with a very rude stock boy on Saturday. If you want to have items on sale, make sure you have marked limits, this stock man wouldn't let us buy, told us we had enough and he needs for his other clients. Post you limits if you don't want to oversell!

Such nice, clean and very well organized supermarket…too good.
