Supermarché PA du Fort

If you are looking for quality at a good price, PA du Fort has it. The fruits and vegetables department for me is the best because they have a lot of variety. As for the schedules, its best to go in the mornings there are not many people, contrary to the afternoons which is always full. Overall, highly recommended

This store/supermarket is quite good. It has a wide variety of products ranging from fruits and vegetables to fish, meat and poultry. The selection of products is quite varied and they are quite fairly priced. Another good thing about this store is that products go sale pretty frequently which is nice because you can get high quality stuff and save yourself some cash. Also, the staff is quite helpful and they are really nice. Overall I would rate this supermarket a 5/5 for its product variability and customer service. I highly recommend you check them out and look at their flyers frequently to catch some nice deals.

I have been a loyal customer of PA marché for 11 years. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my meat and produce. Sometimes there are great deals on packaged foods as well, but I prefer going to big brand stores for that. Also, never expect butter to go on sale at PA.

Edit: stocks on promotion don't even last until the middle of the week. This is a new problem that's cropped up. And quality of produce has deteriorated while prices are the same for some & risen for most products. Old review: Oh this place is home to me. I visit pa a minimum of once every week and buy my fresh produce from here on a regular basis. They have amazing offers every week on the seasons best and the prices are unbeatable for downtown standards. Especially if you are smart with your purchases, you can end up getting some really high quality products for SO CHEAP. I love everything about this place - the service, the cleanliness, the quality of produce, the offers, priority marketing of whole foods as opposed to junk, and the list goes on. I will miss this place the most when I have to move from downtown.

Supermarché is really cheap and reasonable. All most every daily items is available. Staff is cooperative. Parking facilities are available. Every items is fresh.

Costs half of what you will pay in big groceries stores. Fresh veggies, fruit and cheese good price, good sales. Bread also good deals.

All the grocery items are affordable and quality is good. I have reduced one star as the vegetable and salad section area is always wet and unclean.

The central location in the downtown area makes this grocery store a prime place to get fresh produce. Also a good variety of international foods.

Generally, my experiences at this PA have been excellent. But there is a manager named Nader who has fundamentally misunderstood la politique d'exactitude des prix and is not following the law. "Si l’erreur de prix porte sur un produit dont le prix est supérieur à 10 $, le commerçant doit vendre le bien au prix annoncé et ajouter un rabais de 10 $ pour le consommateur." Nader told me he believes that "advertised price" refers to both the regular price and the sale price of an item. He thinks that he can choose to apply 10$ discount to the regular price instead of the sale price when an item rings up incorrectly. L'office de protection du consommateur have informed that his behaviour is in violation of consumer protection laws.

Decent store, especially if you shop the sales. Watch for expiration dates and be warned the fish isn't the freshest here: it's much better on Parc.
