I just bought cheese here. It smelled disgusting. I checked the expiration date. Little did I know that it's been expired for 15 days. It's understandable if they leave products a couple of days past the expiration date. But half a month? Seriously. Update: I thought they couldn't get any worse. I was mistaken. On the following day, I went in to return it. The cashier treated me like dirt. She never apologized for selling an expired food, which could've made me sick. I asked her to refund my money in the original form of payment my credit card. She refused to do so and gave me loose change. How convenient. She kept staring at me as if I was an inconvenient to her during all this. She didn't register that she was an inconvenience to me. Take away: 1 Don't go. 2 But if you have to, check the expiration date of everything that you plan to buy. 3 Use a self-checkout kiosk and avoid any human contact. The staff are very poorly trained.

I shop here quite often. Absolutely love the handheld self-check scanners that you can carry around while you shop, it saves so much time and hassle. Store is well-stocked and produce is generally fantastic. Staff are quite helpful and friendly. Prices are slightly higher than elsewhere.

This is where I love shopping the most. Everything is always clean and fresh. Love in particular the veggie and cheese departments. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Great store, great management.

This Metro brings the whole grocery shopping experience to another level with their cart and scanner! Great staff. Parking has sometimes lineup but I know how hard parking is in that area.

1st impressions were not a good one. I went there to shop fir the 1st time and found staff poor mannered and seemed to be annoyed that customers were in their way while they were doing their jobs. Not just one staff member but several. Sale items were sild out and just bare spots on shelves. I wont go back to that location, parking is limited as well.

I’ve been shopping there for over 20 years and the quality of meat etc was outstanding However these last several months the whole skirt of beef as well as chicken has gone down to not acceptable. Tough awful colouring and tough! Even their filet mignon is not worth buying. There prepared foods on shelves are often there for over five days so check dates and here dairy products as well I’m moving to Loblaws .. so distressing ! But ridiculous to keep paying money for food hat we literally throw in the trash .. what a shame

Great selection at the butcher’s section. So happy with the grade A8 Australian wagyu. Always such an amazing service with Nick who is so knowledgeable on the subject and incredibly kind!

Pretty good items and stuff. I would recommend it. One issue is that at checkout I had some bad service from staff. I wanted to checkout multiple times and then ended up with having to reenter the order.

Some of the workers were quite rude to me at first. However, they helped me a lot after I experienced something that felt like a heart attack!

Great prices and promotions. Parking is really good too.
