They specialize in Tskukemen style Ramen. Tskukemen are cold noodles that are dipped in hot broth. Everything I ate with the Tskukemen Chashu Ramen was delicious. The chashu is soft. The noodles were thick and dense. The star of the dish was the chicken balls...very tasty. I had to get a second order after I ate them. I ordered the gyoza side dish but would say they were just not my style. I want to come back and try the lobster Ramen. Great place! I will mention that there was a 15 min wait but it's worth the wait!
I had to look at so many places to find this place that actually make ramen with chicken or vegetarian broth because apparently in west Vancouver there was non. We were so happy to find this place and the food was really good. The atmosphere was very nice great vibe and nice decor. The servers were very nice and welcoming as well and prices was reasonable. I will definitely come back again.
The atmosphere was cute! The wait, they don't take your name down so if there's a line up if you see people leave, step inside to grab a seat! The broth was delicious! Typically the ramen broth is super rich and heavy. The broth and noodles were delicious!Food: 5/5
So yummy! If you like thick, flavorful broths with chewy, not mushy noodles, come to this place now! The broth flavors are very rich, with deep seafood and meat flavors especially the lobster ramen. Regular portion sizes are great for lunch and if you need more, can always load up on the sides like the duck or extra chashu. The duck was a highlight of the meal because of how smoky it tasted, definitely check it out.
Excellent taste! Differ from ordinary ramen taste. I would say it is more authentic Japanese flavor. Lobster ramen is amazing. It is even better for the risotto after you finish your ramen they add cheese and rice to the remaining soup, and torch them up.Food: 5/5
Best experience ever. Beautiful and kind waitresses greeting you in Japanese. The decor goes in harmony with the food served to you. Let’s talk about food and its premium quality: for sharings, order the Smoked Duck and Pork Gyoza because you’ll never go wrong especially if you go on a date with someone for the first time or with your wife. Then, order the ramen you want as they are all delicious and can get a second one for only $10, only for people who are starving and can handle two ramens during a meal. Big plus for this ramen place, so go for it; it’s clean!
Excellent ramen and Tsukemen but a little pricey for the portion size. The large size for the Tsukemen wasn’t enough noodles and there was no option to refill it. I wish the portion of noodle was bigger like in Japan where XL truly means it. Complementary tea would also bring up the rating. Excellent noodle quality, great broth quality and good chashu quality. highly recommend for the quality of the broth and noodles
A gem for ramen enthusiasts. The restaurant has a welcoming vibe, ideal for a relaxing meal. Their standout dish for me was the Chicken Ramen. The broth was light yet flavorful, with a depth that only comes from careful, slow cooking. The chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned, complementing the springy noodles. Each bite was a delightful mix of flavors and textures. The staff deserves a special mention for their friendly and prompt service, enhancing the dining experience. For anyone craving authentic, delicious ramen.
I came here for the first time and ordered the chef special lobster ramen. It was really good and I enjoyed it. I'd definately come back again when I am in town.Food: 5/5
Their tsukemen noodles are fantastic and their thick, creamy broth makes is even more tastier. The combination of the colder noodles with hot broth is great. Interior is bright and well decorated. The restaurant can get really busy during the lunch rush. Highly recommend.
