The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a lot of great stuff for those who love the outdoors or simply love to travel. Sometimes just by browsing around it will inspire you to try other outdoor activities. When you live in beautiful British Columbia, why wouldn't you explore this great province and it's nature!

I was ignored. It felt kind of stuffy. Didn't feel welcoming at all and the prices seemed on the extravagant end of the scale.

Many outdoor activities equipment can see but need to buy it with membership $5 whole life.

Came in for cycling accessories. Pretty happy with variety of different bike parts and accessories they have. Must see!

Limited inventory compared to other MEC stores. You can find the major brands, but you won't find some of the accessories for those brands.

A good example are various accessories for stoves.
