I am fairly new to biking and came into the store to look for a new helmet, bike pump, and a possible bike upgrade in the future. An employee named James helped me with everything. I only ended up buying a bike pump because they didn't have the helmet I wanted in my size. Despite this, James went out of his way to go over in detail a few possible bikes I could upgrade to in the future. Not only will I be back to buy a new bike, but this will now be my go to bike store for everything I need. Thanks James!

I don’t recommend for anyone to come to this store located on 62ave and 204st. My husband and I were dropping our kids off next door and because the parking is very limited here, we park at the curb side. Quickly went to let our kids out and not even a second of us being there he came out screaming at us telling us we can’t park here. No kind words were said at all. Very aggressive! All while my children stand there watching all of this happen. 😤 How unprofessional of the guy to come outside of his work establishment and scream at a potential customer. No one should ever talk to anyone the way he did.

Outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend BSP to anyone looking for a bike.

Staff from my experience are friendly, and willing to help you with your needs. The servicing seems always available and willing to help. I recently ruined my rim brake pads, and they needed to be replaced. After installation of the new pads I noticed rubbing. I brought it back again, and they didn't really do much and said there was no rubbing. I road out of the store and instantly noticed rubbing. So I took it to another mechanic, and he fixed it within 10 mins. He told me my wheel was out of true and my brake was miss aligned. I'm not sure how BSP didn't notice this. Also I had my chain/cassette clicking took my bike in 3 times and no fix. They said it was working fine, but they never really gave me a reason for the clicking. Went to my other mechanic who told me my hanger was crooked, and he fixed it within 10 mins. Again i'm not sure how BSP didn't notice this. Overall BSP has a good bike selection (mtb, road, cx, fat, pretty much everything) and accessories option (kits, computers, bike components),  but at this point I can't recommend there bike servicing and repairs

Bsp is a great bike shop. They are very helpful in any and all circumstances.  If you need or want something that they don't have... they 'll order it in for you. I've purchased more than 8 bikes at bsp from full suspension to cyclocross to road bikes and even a few children's bikes. Any matience that was ever needed or wanted were dealt with fast and efficiently . Very nice and knowledgeable staff and always happy to help .  If your thinking about buying a bike... make sure to at least have a look at bsp first. You 'll be happy you did.
