Inconsistent service, especially since self serve kiosks were installed. Drive through is routinely overwhelmed, and have experienced a number of orders incorrectly collected. Some orders even given to the incorrect customers when instructed to wait in reserve spots. At least management is quick to rectify issues when presented with them. However, staff could be trained to be more thorough and diligent with orders.

It took 15 minutes for us to get a child's happy meal through the drive through. There were 2 cars waiting for delayed orders snd they had 2 more ahead of us just sitting waiting to get to our food. There are 3 other waiting spots that were empty but they didn't direct these cars to them to free up the line. Not very happy with this experience!

Service in drive through it slow in the morning. Understandably so because they have 2 lines to the road ready to order. Coffees always fresh and hot :))

Great side caesar.chicken nuggets tasty ...service a little slow but considering lunch hour to be expected. Washrooms clean!

Staff is great but owner has stopped second free cups of coffee- just mark the cup with a black marker for the refill- simple but the owner is too cheap. And addition of 2 parking spots so you can order from your car is a waste of 2 parking spots... never seen anyone use them- making people lazier.
