McDonald's

I always enjoy visiting McDonald's because of Bhavik. He is an honest, kind, and hardworking person who genuinely cares about customers. He speaks multiple languages, which makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. He is always helpful, polite, and ready to assist with a smile.nnWhat stands out the most is that every time I visit, I see Bhavik greeting everyone with a warm smile and treating every customer with respect. His positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent customer service make a real difference and create a welcoming atmosphere. Employees like Bhavik are a great asset to McDonald's. Keep up the excellent work, Bhavik!

It was about 10pm today July 9th, I went through the drive thru. The lady who took my order was incredibly impolite she kept cutting me off abruptly whenever I try telling her my order. when greeting me she said in aggressive tone “what do you want” I was taken aback. I asked simple question, she answered as if I’m stupid. I don’t want anyone to experience this service who ever hired this lady made a huge mistake. I will no longer go to this McDonald ever again.

i asked for extra pickles on my burger and they did not disappoint!! not 1 not 2 but 10 pickles!! this is the best day of my life

Very disappointing experience at this location. While I was placing my order, several staff members were talking and laughing while looking at me, which made me feel humiliated and unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect. I hope management looks into this and ensures every customer is treated professionally.

Okay i been going to this mcdonalds for years , today i went to go try the mcvalues everything was going good, i ordered a vanilla milkshake and large fries separate from the mc value so i was expecting my small fries and the small soda with it . They never gave it to me and just straight up said “nope you cant have that “ i paid 11.33$ for no fries and soda . Horrible experience got straight up robbed. Although there was this one guy really nice who tried to help me!
