M.T. Bellies restaurant opened its doors in Welland way back in the early 1990’s with a promise to deliver “Big Food” and “Big Fun” – because one without the other just doesn’t cut it. M.T. We had an incredible dinner with amazing appetizers, and Christine, our waitress, made the experience outstanding. I especially loved the deep fried pickles, which were not even on the menu, so a big thank you for making that special order happen.nnEverything we ordered was delicious and really well prepared. I would absolutely come back and I am so glad a friend recommended this place. It was definitely worth the 20 minute wait. Christine’s service truly stood out and made our visit memorable. Highly recommend making a reservation before you go.
Had an excellent experience at MT Bellies. The food quality exceeded expectations across the board. The Philly cheesesteak was outstanding—well-balanced, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The Montreal smoked brisket sandwich was equally impressive, with rich flavor and great texture. I also tried the feature sandwich of the month, which delivered strong value and creativity.nnBread across all items was exceptionally fresh, which elevated the overall meal. Service was efficient and professional—Catherine provided attentive, friendly service that contributed to a seamless dining experience.nnOverall, strong execution on both food and service. Great local venue, with amazing servicennEnglish visitors in the area, after going on a mini road trip. Googled local family run places and the photos of the bar area and the food won us over.nnPopped in about 3pm, no reservations needed but popular place. Jess P served us, friendly happy person who told us about the menu and specials.nnFood was amazing, beer was great and fresh and Jess really was brilliant, even won me over giving the best tip possible!nnWould recommend this place for sure
Had a wonderful lunch at MT Bellies. A huge thanks to Grace, our server who was friendly, attentive and efficient looking after our needs. Upon learning it was my mother’s birthday, she brought out her dessert with a candle. Food was great love the perch option!. Also appreciated the easily accessible parking! We will return…again.
Amazing experience! The service was outstanding, and Jespi was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the hospitality was top-notch. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to others!
