Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

chicken and ribs are the best. they have really good fries and get the bbq sauce not the chalet sauce, its much better. one problem is they took all the us stores away so you have to cross the border to get it!

Was sons 22 nd birthday May 9th and we used our 50$ Gift certificate and paid the difference we order ribs which had no meat on the bones all fat and bus which were as hard as a rock and you could theough against the wall and bounce they need to learn how to make coleslaw and french fries were soggy and so cold .. we ordered at restaurant and then took home around the corner and shouldnt have been cold should have been steaming hot.. kept receipt they ruined his birthday supper it cost me $58.71 which i should have had a perfect meal for 3 orders

The past two times I have order delivery I have been very disappointed. After last time, I thought I would try again, but no go. The first time, I ordered the appetizer platter and instead of perogies, which I was really looking forward to, I got two sets of the spring rolls. The cheese on my poutine was rock solid. It had been melted and was all rubbery. This time, they forgot my extra dipping sauce that I paid for, forgot my sweet potato dipping sauce and my fries were disgustingly soggy and my double leg dinner had no skin, which is the entire point of it being rotisserie, at least for me it is. They are picking it back up and refunding my money. I am still very hungry and very sad I will not be getting to eat swiss chalet tonight. I have given up ordering Swiss Chalet in Welland which sucks, because I usually love Swiss Chalet.

Welland location. Eat in - good service, home delivery - same food delivered on time requested, no complaints about Swiss Chalet
