Boston Pizza

Disappointing! We ordered 2 Royal Hawaiian Pizzas today and there were almost to none toppings! This was our family’s favourite pizza for every celebration and we didn’t expect to have it like this. The other branches have always been generous with the toppings.

I wanted to share my experience from a recent visit to Boston Pizza in Walland. I ordered the ribs, the triple play, and the chicken pecan salad, and honestly, the food was fantastic. Everything was cooked well, tasted fresh, and the flavours were spot on. The service was also great—staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. From that perspective, I was really satisfied.nnHowever, the environment left a lot to be desired. The restaurant itself felt poorly maintained. The seats were cracked and torn, and we actually had to ask to move because the condition of the booth we were initially given was just not acceptable. There was sauce smeared on the walls, crumbs and used napkins left on tables, and the overall cleanliness just wasn’t there. It took away from the experience and made it feel a bit unhygienic, which is the last thing you want when you’re out trying to enjoy a meal.nnSo overall, while I was happy with the food and really appreciated the service, the atmosphere and cleanliness definitely need improvement. If the management could step up the maintenance and cleanliness of the place, I’d gladly come back. But as it stands, it was a mixed experience.

Last Sunday was the gold medal hockey game for the Olympics. Canada VS USA. Boston Pizza decided to offer special drinks as well as an assortment of breakfast choices. Now BPs is not known for breakfast and the restaurant and bar were packed! I wanted to give a shout out to the staff for their fantastic work in ensuring that drinks were kept full and food orders were collected and delivered. In particular I wanted to recognize the kitchen staff - Aaron! With the number of people there and everything cooked from scratch he delivered. Food was super tasty and hit the spot great job everyone!

We recently visited Boston Pizza and the food was absolutely amazing — definitely the highlight of our experience. The quality, taste, and presentation were all very enjoyable.nnHowever, the overall ambiance did not meet the standards we usually associate with Boston Pizza. We understand it was a long weekend and the location appeared to be short-staffed, which was even mentioned at the entrance. Despite that, the server did take our order within a few minutes, which was appreciated.nnUnfortunately, the cleanliness of the dining area was disappointing. The carpets had napkins, food crumbs, and spilled coke scattered around, which affected the overall dining atmosphere.nnWhile we truly enjoyed the food, we hope more attention can be given to cleanliness and upkeep to improve the customer experience.

Great restaurant, the food is delicious and never have to wait long I'm not sure how but it feels like each time I bring the family to this location we always get a friendly happy server and the manager Joe has come over to check in on us, not something I see at many restaurants keep it up and I will definitely be back again soon
