Dairy Queen

We've visited this Dairy Queen multiple times, and unfortunately the customer service at the drive-thru has been consistently disappointing. The woman working the window often comes across as unpleasant, and it doesn't make you feel very welcome. We've overlooked it because we enjoy Dairy Queen, but after several similar experiences it's becoming hard to ignore.nWe had started ordering through SkipTheDishes to avoid the drive-thru, but they've recently changed the menu so you can no longer customize Blizzards by adding toppings like peanuts—you can only choose the size.nOverall, the experience feels like customer service is an afterthought. Staff often seem like they'd rather be anywhere else, which takes away from what should be a simple, enjoyable stop for ice cream. A friendlier attitude would make a big difference.

I ordered a DQ log cake for my wife for her birthday. When I went to pick up the cake, I presented a $7 off coupon. They refused to accept the coupon, even though it clearly states 'Any DQ or Blizzard Cake'. Somehow a DQ log cake is not a cake in Dairy Queen Land. There was nothing in the fine print saying this picture attached. I didn't want to make a scene as there were people waiting behind me. The cake was really good though, but this truly poor customer service left a very sour taste in our mouths.

This location isn’t bad. Serves both the franchises hot and cold foods. Ordered a cheeseburger and ice cream. The cheeseburger was smothered in mustard, so it tasted like mustard and pickles. At $6 it’s a bit pricy for what you get. The ice cream was good. Wanted to give hot food at DQ a try. Probably won’t get hot food here again.

Ordered 2 simple desserts through the drive through and the workers stood around in a circle talking to each other for at least 10 minutes while i sat there watching. didn’t say a word to me except for my total. very unprofessional coming from someone who works in this industry as well

Absolutely the worst. Staff there is the worst. Doesn’t listen for what the customer orders. Went through drive thru and ordered a medium chocolate shake which should have come to $7 and change. I get to the window I was handed a medium cookie dough blizzard and charged $9. I said three times drive thru, when the window opened and when I was handed the blizzard I ordered a chocolate shake and the employee argued with me. I don’t know how you get cookie dough blizzard from “medium chocolate shake”. Incredible disappointed. Maybe instead of quickly taking orders, slow down and respect the customers.
