Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut Welland gets 5-stars for last night's service. I haven't ordered in a few years, but splurged on delivery last night. We had the best delivery driver (Ralph) I have honestly ever had. He was polite, courteous, and patient when the debit machine malfunctioned mid-transaction. And he was the FIRST, yes, the FIRST delivery driver that has ever thanked me for a tip! Way to go! Don't lose this guy! He gets customer service!

Food great. Staff friendly. We have order here twice and it is real good. We quit going to the St Catharines Glendale store because of their poor customer service... they are rude and deliveries take forever. Keep up the good work Welland.

We visited this location on a Saturday around lunch time and we were the only two people in the whole shop. Our server was pleasant and very friendly. The food arrived in a good amount of time. Food was delicious as well. Before we left, my wife used the restroom and could barely stand the horrid smell. Makes you think twice and sours the whole experience, to be honest.

The old blonde server was really pleasant and very friendly. Also the food arrived quickly (or else I would've given it one star) but unfortunately I ordered a pizza with no cheese and it came with cheese. The server said that the mushrooms were contaminated with cheese or something like that which seemed weird. The second pizza also arrived in a reasonable time. Good thing I wasn't severely allergic to cheese though. The food was delicious but I felt like I was still tasting some cheese. Maybe it was the placebo effect. All I know is that if you are allergic to cheese, are lactose intolerant, or a vegan, get ready to get confused because all of the online articles I found (like the one from peta2) says that the Thin ‘N Crispy Crust is vegan but when you go to their Canadian site with ca instead of com at the end, and click on ingredients, it says that it has whey protein on it. I guess the articles was only talking about the Pizza Hut's in America but I got the normal dough after the server told me it has no dairy in it but now I am not sure if that was true. I am basically so confused and I knew I should've went to the Pizza Pizza near by this place but I wanted to try something new. The pizza was was definitely more delicious than the one on Pizza Pizza which makes sense according to the price difference but Pizza Pizza at least offers non-dairy cheese. Pizza Hut should get on with the times as well. For now I'll stick to Pizza Pizza.
