McDonald's

They have three people standing around not doing anything. Occasionally they'll go grab a drink from the soda machine for themselves and refuse to take orders. It's all done off the kiosk now and is no way faster or more efficient for the customer. My order was forgotten and I had to ask multiple people to try and help me. Worst experience I've ever had in a fast food establishment.

You'd think finally giving in and using the app would make it near impossible to mess up an order, yet the Jamestown McDonalds finds a way to disappoint.nThe bare minimum of the job is to put a food item in the bag, yet I got home to find the burger in a burger meal missing.nThe owner of this location should absolutely be ashamed.

Both times I was there in the drive through and the same lady was there and left me frustrated at the second window. Either didn’t say a word, which is bad customer service. Next time hurried through my order got it wrong and had to ask me what I had to drink when she came back to the window 1 minute later. She then asked why I was still here? I said I didn’t get my drink. She had to ask me what my drink was? Slow down. Listen to your training. I even called your manager the first time. Now you get a public review. Will not be coming back if this is how the employees treat customers. Worst experience at a McDonald’s I have had in any city

They are forcing you to only use the kiosk to order. No customer service. Walked out. I won't do their job unless they give me a discount. Just say no and leave. Maybe if enough people refuse they will go back to real people taking your order. Shane on you McDonald's.

Definitely small town fast food vibes. Fries were cold. No ketchup said they were out yet had some on the burgers? Tomatoes on my sandwich were questionable at best.
