Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

This is truly a amazing restaurant.nFirst off, there is a nice selection. There's a ton of food you can get, not just the usual burgers and chicken nuggets/strips.nNext is the very friendly staff. We were having problems with our card and instead of them taking off part of our order, they were kind and gave the part to us for free! Me and my mom was very appreciative of that!nFinally, is the fast wait-times. You typically don't have to wait for longer than 5 minutes and it comes out relatively quickly.nnOverall, with the amazing options, very friendly staff, and the fast wait times, this place is truly a great restaurant and trust me we will be back here soon due to how great this restaurant is. Expect a positive review from my mom as well!. Good job guys!
I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent visit to Arby’s was so upsetting that I feel like I need to warn other families.nnFirst, the food was extremely disappointing. The sandwiches tasted stale and low quality, and some items did not look fresh at all. For the price we paid, I expected something much better. We ended up throwing most of it away because none of us wanted to finish our meals.nnThe service was just as bad. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly from the moment we walked in. Our order was taken with an attitude, we had to wait far too long even though it wasn’t very busy, and when we tried to politely ask about our food, we were ignored or brushed off.nnWhat upset me the most, though, was how my child with Down syndrome was treated. Instead of being kind or patient, some of the employees appeared to be rude and dismissive, and I felt that my child was being made fun of and not treated with the basic respect every person deserves. As a parent, this was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable.nnNo family should have to worry that their child will be disrespected or mocked when they go out to eat. Between the poor-quality food, terrible service, and the way my child was treated, I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly encourage management to train their staff on respect, inclusivity, and basic customer service.
Price is INSANE for half a container of fries, and whatever meat was leftover. VERY disappointing!
I’m from down south. I ordered a #1 combo here and apparently a red ranch? comes on it here?? I kindly voiced my concern and told staff I didn’t like it and then didn’t care and wanted to charge me for another sandwich without it. It’s not visible on menu board an additional sauce comes with it. The red ranch is nasty. Very displeased. Not to mention this is an absolute disaster. Even if it tasted good who could cleanly eat this in the car???
Prices on menu were incorrect. They required more than advertised on the menu.nnRuben sandwich was good. But needed More sauerkraut.nnRoasted chicken was poor. Hardly any chicken meat.nnRestroom was clean.nRestaurant was clean.
