Hardee's

35 minute wait through drive through, with only 1 car in front of us. When we finally got our food we figured, hey, at least it's Hardee's. No. Nope. Regrets. The burger I got tasted like dry microwaved meat. Wasn't even hot, more like lukewarm. Fries were warm and tasted stale. I didn't even finish my food it tasted so bad. Not worth the $13 I spent. Added a photo, you can see the cheese isn't even melted and how dry the meat is. Stay. Away.

Unfriendly service. $11.20 for 2 dried out basic breakfast sandwiches and a pop. Ridiculous.

Good food. Poor management made for an awful experience. Took 40 minutes to get food. Shift supervisor treated employees terribly. Numerous walk outs over noon rush as well as drive offs because they couldn't get orders out to people. Lady taking orders was pleasant as possible through the fiasco. 5 people working and the shift supervisor had her stop taking orders, in the middle of an order. She blatantly ignored customers even though she could hear them. If there's a wonder why Hardee's is failing, it's not too hard too figure out. Went back through the drive through 4 hours later and got a man. He was a regular. This time the order was prompt and he was very courteous. He had been there earlier as a cook in the back.

Food was good. Service was slow though for us being the only people there.
