Dairy Queen Brazier

Went into the store so we could get a gift card and ordered two ice cream cones with it. We waited over 15 minutes and still didn’t have our ice cream. I went and asked staff more than once about our and waited another 10 minutes. There was plenty of staff standing around also looking bored. Service was awful. No apologies either about the delay, it shouldn’t take 25 minutes to make 2 ice cream cones.nThis isn’t the first time we have had terrible service either.

The only time they really get orders right and enough food is when kids are in school. I got a cheesecake royal blizzard and I got nothing but ice cream and one little piece of cheese cake topping and nothing else. Other than that they barely give any fries with your meal. I love DQ and have learned to just go at specific times or when all the kids aren’t working. I saw one kid who was amazing at his job and the other one was just sitting there and annoying his co-workers not doing anything but walking around the front and goofing off.

Went in for 2 blizzards recently.. waited over 15 minutes and everyone else was getting their orders.. my husband went up to see what’s going on and they had forgotten our order.. how??? They were very rude.. not busy then at all when we ordered.. the tables and floor were sticky and filthy.. plus when did a snickers blizzard come with chocolate in the ice cream?? It totally covered up the taste of what LITTLE snickers tidbits were in it.. it was always made with vanilla ice cream before

New location. Absolute chaos inside. Customers waiting 30+ minutes for food. I waited 20+ for just a large shake. I heard numerous orders were incorrect while waiting. Watched people walk out without their orders. Talked with some nice customers though!

We just stopped for blizzards. There were 7 people working and we waited 20 min. The store was very warm and our blizzards were partially melted by the time we got them. I could tell several of the employees were new, but a little training on timing goes a long way
