Cheese burgers were not good. Burnt burger, one pickle, next to no onions, and looked like it had been kicked about the floor first. McDonald's use to be a place you could go to for a decent bit of fast food. Can we just go back to the good food....... Come on McDonald's you are better than this.

Seriously? The state of that flat bread. Twice now I’ve been gave either the wrong thing or stuff missing. I mean does that look like a bacon and egg McMuffin?

I honestly can’t understand how this McDonald’s has more than 1 star review. Please never order from the airdrie McDonald’s on just eat the order is ALWAYS wrong received someone else’s order this time around and that’s the last straw for me. Order from Coatbridge instead as they actually get the food right and it’s hot. Tried phoning though for the last 30 minutes and they won’t even answer the phone, terrible service and terrible customer service avoid. Also as a side note the food that did come contained egg and my wife has a egg allergy so couldn’t even eat the wrong order

Breath of fresh air compared to my local McDonald's place is spotless staff never stopped cleaning you could eat your meal from the floor. Well done Airdrie  will definitely  be back.

When you order from Airdrie McDonalds and they fail to adiquetly supply the full order so I had very disappointed kids and the manager who washes his hands and uses the old card of apply for a refund Certainly not a helpful service at all blaming just eat It's the restaurant as even the just eat driver tried to help! Maybe Andrew as a manager should try to work on his staff and find out why they can't seem to follow instructions on a sheet of paper

Every time I order online, what's delivered is wrong. This is chicken selects apparently. I should know better by now. Food is always cold. Worst McDonald's by a mile.

Went to airdrie and just had to throw my whole lunch in the bin!! All bashed up like a dogs dinner! Just wait til am finished work the managers is gonna get it!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. The order was made via Just Eat and when it  arrived  the food was cold, the chips undercooked, and half the items ordered were missing. Order taken back to the  restaurant and the manager refused to do anything about it. The missing items were not given. Surely when such appalling customer service is experienced the manager should be willing to sort the situation out, but he was completely inept and unwilling to help. Disgraceful way to treat customers.
