Good customer service and pretty fast in the drive thru. Mexi fries were hot and crispy which was great. Not sure if they had run out of normal tortillas for the burritos, but I got a whole wheat tortilla which I didn’t enjoy as much because there wasn’t enough filling compared to the tortilla. The filling in the burrito was good though and hot sauce was okay. Overall worth a try.

We had Adi and his crew cater our staff party, they were great! Came in early to set up the warmers, brought the food out in time, awesome service! And we even got ice cream through them  for dessert!

4 stars- the gentleman serving us has great customer service. There was a slight breakdown with my order but he recovered with grace. I would recommend having a taco night here.

I've been here a couple of times, once to dine in and once to pick up for take out. Delicious food, friendly service, good atmosphere, it feels like a family owned franchise. Great place to stop in for a quick meal.Food: 5/5

The staff at this Taco Time went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. The workers stayed a little late on christmas eve to feed my family with smiles on their faces!! I would definitely come here again for the amazing service

Please beware of this place. I had ordered a salad, and the guy who took my order had a pair of clear gloves on which he used to put in my order. Then I noticed he used the same pair of gloves to make my salad. He had another customer and used the same pair of gloves to ring in the order. I was disgusted and when he told me my food was ready, I asked if he had changed his gloves to make my food and he said no. I asked him politely to please make me another salad because that is completely unsanitary. He did change his gloves to make me a new salad but I’m pretty sure he continued doing the same thing.  Please take caution when ordering food from there. I will not be returning.

This new Taco Time location in Airdrie offered the freshest food and best customer service I have had at a fast food establishment since I can remember! Keep up the great work and I hope to be back soon!Food: 5/5

Great experience! Warm and friendly staff, very accommodating for our family of 5, even gave us free dessert! Food was spot on too!

I have been coming here for a long time. Today I was touched by the amount of attention to their customers no matter how busy! Everyone I have ever dealt with here is exceptional! The new addition of the ice cream bar is great as well!

Super friendly staff and plenty of gluten-friendly options. We enjoyed listening to Focus on the Family while eating - it’s great to hear family friendly broadcasting being played in a restaurant. And to have LaDiperie in the same building - well, that’s just a bonus!
