Cheese burgers were not good. Burnt burger, one pickle, next to no onions, and looked like it had been kicked about the floor first. McDonald's use to be a place you could go to for a decent bit of fast food. Can we just go back to the good food....... Come on McDonald's you are better than this.
Every time I order online, what's delivered is wrong. This is chicken selects apparently. I should know better by now. Food is always cold. Worst McDonald's by a mile.
Absolutely shocking customer service. The order was made via Just Eat and when it arrived the food was cold, the chips undercooked, and half the items ordered were missing. Order taken back to the restaurant and the manager refused to do anything about it. The missing items were not given. Surely when such appalling customer service is experienced the manager should be willing to sort the situation out, but he was completely inept and unwilling to help. Disgraceful way to treat customers.
Absolute shambles, ordered through just eat. Ordered 4 main meals, only recieved 1 drink to go with my meals. Chips looked and tasted like they were cooked 3 weeks ago! Also forgot my sons happy meal
Seriously? The state of that flat bread. Twice now I’ve been gave either the wrong thing or stuff missing. I mean does that look like a bacon and egg McMuffin?
Paid £25 for 4 medium meals and this is what i got after waiting an hour and 25 minutes . Restaurant is a bloody joke totally disgusted
Place was empty but had to take a parking space and wait over ten minutes for food. Then given something that is cold and seemed stale. McDonald's isn't great in general but this is the worst I've visited.
When you order a cafe latte and get a greasy toffee clatte. Manager was less than helpful clearly graduated from charm school. Dismissed my complaint and told me there was nothing wrong with the coffee. Won't be back as my taste buds couldn't take it.
I could go through the drive through and order one single chip and they’d say “do you mind taking a wee parking space and il bring it out to you” Still at it in airdrie McDonald’s - ruining lives by making folk wait forever in the car park for a bite to eat. Sickophants enjoy watching us starving; fighting like pigeons for a chicken McNugget!
Delivery with just eat forgot fries in all the orders wrong drinks and cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers and just for fun left out all dips and gave no straws for the incorrect drinks ! Need to send order taker on a how to read class
