I want to start of by saying food was amazing! I was served by Michael who was very helpful with my order and very attentive - made sure everything was of high standard. Overall super nice atmosphere plus it’s all at an affordable price. Can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again.
Fantastic place, staff are excellent. One girl in particular made my friend and I iced chai lattes, which were off menu but they were so delicious we ordered two more on our way out. She was truly fantastic, can't wait to go back again soon. Tried to fill in the survey on the receipt but there seems to be a problem with the site so wasn't able to do it unfortunately. Will try again next time.
Had a great meal at Tim Hortons in Motherwell. Food was hot and staff very friendly and attentive. Especially Jasmine who was very helpful in advising us on what donuts to pick. Just wish it was dog friendly, as we would definitely go more often. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.
Always stock up on timbits when I'm down visiting. Can't wait for a store in Aberdeen.Food: 5/5
Fantastic service provided by Lewis the young man with tattoos who served me, very helpful. Milkshake and doughnut was delicious. Restaurant was absolutely spotless too. What more could you want. Highly recommend trying Tim Hortons in Motherwell.
Excellent Service. Have been to Tim Hortons a few times over the last couple of months and always receive great service. The donuts are always freshly made and delicious and enjoy a little coffee with them. Carly at front of house is always helpful and cheery and gives great customer service. If you haven’t been you should definitely give it a try
Visited a few Tim Hortons I'm the past. The food and drink have always been exceptional. This time I tried the drive thru at the Motherwell branch. Was served by Coco who was very charming and friendly. She got my order spot on and the meal arrived with minutes. It was hot and tasty. Amazing service.
Went to the drive thru for breakfast and was extremely happy with the service and quality of the food. Was served by Jasmine. Her customer service was excellent and you could tell she had a genuine interest in her job!
One of the worst places. I have actually made the mistake of returning a couple of times in the hopes that they get something right but will never be back. Not only have I received the wrong order multiple times, I have had items missing. Most recently, yesterday I ombought 2 meals from the drive thru and forgot to check before leaving. Once I got home I realised both sets of fries were missing. There was no phone number to contact and couldn't drive back as I had to go to work. Terrible service all round and ripping people off. Avoid!
My friend and I went to Tim Hortons for the first time last week. The employee, a young man named Joe, welcomed us and talked us through the menu choices. We were very impressed with the food and service - we'll definitely be back.
