Tried the spicy chicken for the first time. It’s the worst chicken I’ve ever had. Obviously they are trying to compete with Popeyes spicy chicken. The MB chicken seems like an after thought to have spicy chicken. They literally sprinkled some kind of spice seasoning over their regular chicken. No thought at all in actually creating a spicy batter. Definitely will not have this again. So disappointing for the first time trying their food. I’ve sent 2 emails to Mary Browns and no response. Their customer service is as bad as their spicy chicken.
I got helped yesterday by an employee named Av I hope I am remembering that right. The service was great and he suggested a combo that would give me more chicken while saving some money. I felt like he went above and beyond. I wanted to give him a shout out because his energy made this a positive experience.
Excellent personality on the drive thru speaker, food was quick, hot, and tasty. Thanks. Didn't rate the restaurant as only used drive thru.Food: 5/5
Crispy chicke twist is way too thin as compare to other locations. I should have bought toquitos from 7-Eleven. Very disappointing I did 7 orders. Not worth it. They didn't even put much chicken inside. Wasted all my money. If you want to try real Mary browns go to any calgary's location
Good service. Ordered on the phone and was ready for when I came. The tatters from from all marry brows is great, the chicken was fresh and the pieces were also good sized. They have coupons online which you can use many times. The big marry Monday deal is nice, especially with a group of friends when you want lots of food. Customer service at this location is good but could improve at other locations.
This is the third time we have ordered from there and each time they have gotten our orders wrong, the last time we went through I ordered a three piece meal and was charged for a four piece but only given A three piece, ordered fries got wedges, ordered macaroni salad got coleslaw. They couldn’t get anything right. Manager had stated she would put our name in the book and give us a free three-piece the next time we ordered. Went for dinner tonight, and there was no name in the book. Even after mentioning, they screwed our order up last time they still couldn’t get it right. Save your money!!!!
Less salt than KFC, but also less of everything. 40$ for 9pc bucket and multiple pieces were rib cages without a breast and just a couple bites of chicken. The gravy and salad side were both tiny. The gravy was enough for 1/3 of the meal. Barely 2 servings of salad in their largest meal. If you like being ripped off then buy it. It does taste great.
They know me by name and I normally get the Nashville combo with Nashville tadders and it is so good it's definitely my favorite chicken burger I have foundFood: 4/5
Not acceptable Mary Brown's I ordered a Big Mary SANDWICH burger and was given 2 squished flattened chicken fingers between the bun. If I had wanted chicken fingers that is what I would have ordered. I would have done better ordering two chicken sliders for ~$8.00 instead of getting two flattened fingers with so much coating and grease for ~ $11.00 or $12.00.
Chicken was crispy.... crispy and bland. Fries were soggy wet, greasy and gross. Went through the drive through and the services was fast enough but I guess it can be quick when the undercooked the fries and hand you a bag of oily garbage. Don't waste your time with this garbage "food." You'd get better quality from 7-11
