Pleasant staff and speedy delivery food was ready in mins after ordering, which would tell me its not so fresh but sure was tasty Parking: Parking sucks here so be patient.

Very efficient & friendly service today. Lydia on till was great. Manager and chef were visible, polite, making great food and customers happy. Thanks for making supper on this blizzard night!

Stop selling old chicken and uncooked chicken. Gross

GROSS! Order took too long, in the picture you can see a hot wing they were good but beside it is a gross old piece of chicken. Look how dark it is, it was like it was sitting in a bucket of oil for 2 days. Me and my family had one bite each and ended up throwing the whole bucket in the garbage. WARNING don’t waste your money!

Terrible chicken strips practically no coating on them. I now make them show me the strips before I pay. Gravy is tasteless in general and they have forgotten to put the dips in. Had to reduce stars as I have to check the full order before leaving the store. Very very bad.

This is the worst KFC store there is without a shadow of a doubt, every time I place an order it’s takes at least 2-3hours, several back and forth calls to the restaurant and silly excuses to get my order. I don’t understand why they offer a delivery service they cannot guarantee. Terrible experience every time

This place is hands down the worst place to order delivery from I give 1 star because I can’t give 0… over an hour late from the time it said it would be here and whatever you do … don’t call the store it’s a waste of your time They will not answer the phone … I tried calling a dozen times and no answer… this store is the worst in Canada !

We did the Thursday chicken deal, I wanted wings and they charged me $26 for 16 pieces of chicken, Since wings are considered white meat but you give me 2 wings, and you charge me an extra $9, unacceptable, and the chicken was not good at all. It's gonna be a long time before I go back there again!!!!!Food: 2/5

Ordered from this location for what is likely the last time today. Total screw up on our order. Combos missing all sauces and drinks, spoke to the restaurant and may as well of been talking to a brick wall. No ability to understand basic communication, spelt out order numbers and no ability to comprehend what was being said. Truly disappointing as this used to be a great location. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have experienced many of the things that others are complaining about. I have been given a back, which would have normally been tossed in the trash, and been told there is no white meat available, and one time the grease had not been changed and the chicken was awful. I have used coupons and bought the Thursday special. Perhaps the franchise owner loses money on coupons and promos. I don't know. But I will not be going back. I am actually glad this happened because it prompted me to go to Mary Brown's which I had never tried before. Their chicken is so much better and the pieces are considerably bigger. An added bonus is that the company got it's start in Canada.
