Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The chicken is amazing, I think we can all agree on that. The sides... I haven't tried all of them but there are some real flops, like the corn. I prefer the mashed potatoes over their fries, which I find shocking. You can find my full review on my YouTube channel Talentless Cooking.

Every once in awhile I crave some good old fried chicken, I like to try a variety of different places to get it at. However I have found that Popeyes has been the best place so far, I love the kind and quick service, especially at this location. Every time I go here I am not dissatisfied. Great chicken great service! I felt that I should share this because when I came in I had a lovely experience, the kind worker named Emma really took exceptional care of me! Would recommend!

Price is great, food is delicious but not a fan of being specifically asked to leave 5 star reviews. Felt like my order was being held hostage until staff witnessed my compliance. Very uncomfortable. If this kind of thing is going to become a regular habit and that’s a dealbreaker for you, consider yourself informed.

I have had nothing but amazing service at this location. The chicken is always fresh and tasty. Recently, while in the drive thru ordering a late supper after a busy day, I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful employee, whom went above and beyond to have the meal I wanted prepared even after initially being told by someone else they didn't have what I wanted available and usually order. She had it cooked to order for me and then hand delivered with an apology for the wait, to my vehicle. I was extremely appreciative for her help and she deserves to be recognized for her excellent customer service. Thanks again, I am sure well see you again soon!

Food was actually really good but staff was very unfriendly. they should specify on the menu that the sandwiches don't come with a biscuit. The board above the sandwiches says " combos include biscuit" but should maybe add that sandwich combos don't include them so people don't expect one.

Service is extremely slow. Sat in drive through for seemed like forever and there were only two vehicles in front of me. I ordered a chicken and a fish combo and ended up with two chicken combos. I should have counted my lucky stars and just continued home but I thought I would like to try this new fish sandwich. I went back sat in line again at the drive through and I showed my invoice and they got me a fish sandwich… that’s using the term fish very loosely. I got two thick chewy batter with a bit of fish pressed in between. It was bad and very disappointing. I threw out the fish sandwich. Please stay out of the seafood business and stay with what you supposedly know. The shrimp meal was also very bad. No more seafood from Popeyes for me.

It was busy day ans the staffs were so enthusiast to get the orders with a smile and with a friendly manner. They make sure that they got all our orders. Customers will not hesitate to come back again.

Amazing! Tayaba was absolutely helpful so late at night made me long day just much better! Truly an asset to any company.
