I have had pretty good service at this place. Quick to order items in for you and most importantly, they will price match. Now, price matching is one thing but price matching Amazon is another. I bought the Vanguard Alta pro 2 163AB 100 tripod from here and they took $100.00 off to price match a seller on Amazon. So I'll always just go to them instead of using Amazon because you can actually test and see the product before purchase. They are pretty knowledgable as far as I can tell and a pleasure to talk to for pointers and other topics related to photography.

friendly staff, but not very knowledgeable so know what you want before heading here. I shop here almost exclusively for my camera gear and it would be nice for them to at least start to recognize me instead of as a new shopper each time I visit.

staff there are very friendly! If your looking to get into photography and have no idea where to start dont be afraid to pick their brains as there all very knowledgeable in the field!

Amazing help - they took the time to allow me to try what I wanted . Explained everything . Sales staff was very knowledgeable and amazing customer service .
