Simply wanted a refund, and there was a girl being trained there. Very nice to me and tried to help out, but got lost at one point. Some black girl (Not being racist just implying who it was) came up and got really mad at her for trying to do a refund. She was pushed over and had to take over a different till.
Quite a bitchy experience, feel bad for that girl.
In training? HELP IF THEY ARE BEING TRAINED.

MAJOR THANK YOU to Staples Sherwood Park: My computer died the other day and I took it to Staples SEC. They plugged it in and said it was fine. Got it home and tried to open programs and major problems. My son took it to Staples Sherwood Park and they said it would be ready next week. Given my computer was 5+ years old I decided it was time to buy a new one. OMG... was I amazed when I got it home a couple of days later. They had set things up and it was just like turning on my old computer. The desktop was the same with my programs, Google window, Cloud Links, everything up and running so smooth. Even my background pictures were there. They had even backed up my data from my old computer and put it on a file on my new computer. I am behind on my work right now, but once again, I am so impressed with Staples Sherwood Park. Hugh Thank You.

My printer quit working six months ago so i came here to find a replacement. After letting the salesperson know we wanted something with cheaper and refillable ink (printer is cheaper than ink)we settled on an epson. The salesman assured us it was the cheapest ink and after looking at ink costs it appeared to be. Fast forward six months to today. Went to buy ink and it has gone up over 100%!!! From 80 to 180 dollars! My wife voiced her displeasure with this to the manager and was told "is there anything i can help you with that is within my power" and promptly walked away. We put the ink back on the shelf and walked out! 100 dollars cheaper on amazon. This is why business is dying. I would rather talk to noone than someone with this attitude.

Called to ask about printing services tonight but the individual working literally told me that he was way too busy and he would not be able to print anything for me until two days later even though Staples online promises your prints to be done by next day if ordered online. This was all over the phone and he didn’t even know what I was printing or the quantity. Poor customer service and employees should learn formal ways of saying they are “too busy” for paying customers.

I bought a 4k monitor for only $399 and was very pleased with it. I checked online the next day, and it was discounted to $350. I returned to the store with my receipt and the manager took care of it for me. He refunded the $50 back to my debit card. Overall, a nice experience
