Most Horrible service and disrespectful staff!! We tried to add 2 lines to our accont showed ID and everything then suddenly the female worker and the employee byron start passing notes under the counter and im watching this happen then the back have there pow wow come back out go to there system and tell us systems down so we are like ok we will wait as we knew this was bs so they go back and forth in and out of back acting like they trying to get the system up abd running and im watching this and seeing them putting in wrong password purposely lol like im stupid or somthing so Byron says ya still down doesnt look like we can do anything today oh so you just said you dont know when they be up and running but now you know they wont wont be till close which is 4 hours away ok we will wait so he goes into the back and comes back out and says we not helping you we replied with your corporate head office advised us to come here and do this hes like we dont care my manager and i think this fraudy activity and nit helping you! So we are frauds after he verified our identity and i asked to speak to manager hes like shes not here ummm the manager was in the back with him so he said you can leave or ill call security so we left however i suffer from severe panic disorder and almost ended up in the hospital i was so upset as this is a corporate owned store but there will be consequences for them as we called rigers corporate ourselves after that abd they were disgusted with the store and helped us out and were amazing ppl. This store however is very disgusting when it comes to customer service!!!

Went in because my data wasn't working and they fixed that issue but then linked my sim card to a different number in my family plan even though I don't have clearance to ask for that and now I get to wait until a week to get my number back and the other person on my plan gets to wait even longer as they work out of town.

Good service overall, but had to wait in the store for an ungodly amount of time to change over from my iPhone 5 to a Galaxy S7 Edge. Then when I got a Pixel XL for my wife for Christmas, I was told I could take the new phone without trading her old phone as it was gonna be a present, then bring in the old phone after Christmas. I was also told how much the trade in would be when I did trade it in, and they said they wanted the old phone before the end of the month. So we go in to trade in the phone after Christmas and all of a sudden it's $100 less because one of the credits isn't there anymore. I told them that I was told I would get more than that and they said "sorry sir that credit isn't there anymore so there's nothing we can do". Another factor is that her old phone screen was broken so we had to get it fixed which was gonna be $200, so the trade in value we were originally quoted was more than that, so it made sense. Now with this $100 less, it wasn't more than the $200 screen replacement. Called the Rogers call center and they said trade ins were all dealt with at store level. Called and spoke to the assistant manager and he was even more rude about it, not listening to my point of view at all. Cutting me off all the time and interrupting me to no end, then just saying "sorry sir we're not even supposed to let you take the new phone without trading in the old one, and now that the credit isn't there you're out of luck." Anyways, the regular front desk workers have been great so far, but the managers are horrible at customer service (I was relayed what the store manager said by a front desk person, so I spoke to 2 managers either directly or indirectly). Feeling pretty screwed around with this trade in garbage. This time anyways.

The staff is always ready to go above and beyond to help me out with my bill. Nick helps me everytime i run into an issue and explains it to me in a way i can understand.
