Bell

I went to this store Wednesday night to get help with my Apple Watch, so the guy added the plan onto my phone and said everything should work. So I left the store and tried pairing my phone and watch again and it kept telling me that I had to make a payment. So I go back into to the store to try and get some more help with it and the other guy that was there didn’t even bother trying to help me at all. All he told me to do was go call them myself. So I get home and call them and the woman on the phone tells me it has to be done in store.. Anytime I’ve had an issue and went to this store they haven’t bothered helping me at all. I’ve always had to call in to get anything fixed. The only time they don’t have an issue is when you want to upgrade your device... I went to the Bell store in Emerald Hills and they were more than happy to help me with my issue. It may have took me an hour to get everything sorted out but it works now. If I could rate the mall store in negative stars I would.

Were of no help at all. Was sent there by another Bell store because they had an iphone 8 plus in stock and were told to make sure we get all the pricing discounts. We get there and one of the sales reps was showing this stupid ikea app while we were trying to get all this sorted. The manager she basically did everything in her power to not earn our business and after one store quoted us $100 for the trade in they quoted us $13. Terrible service and experience and recommend to never go there

I would give 0 stars if possible. Decided to go in to the store to shop local. This location essentially refused to serve us. Would only sell us the models of phones in stock. We asked about ordering it and the response was absurd. Told us to contact customer care if we wanted that phone so bad, and that if they did order it for us they would not give us a guarantee of price if there was a cost increase in transit even though its a regular item. We left in frustration and when speaking to client care were informed that the promo we wanted is available only on the app or IN STORE! Way to work yourself out of a job! Guess I'll just stick to shopping online.

I have been a loyal Bell customer for many many years, I was in this store at 7:25pm to purchase a new phone and plan, only to find out several days later that the very same phone had the price dropped the very next day. When I went in and talked to them, they said "oh ya call customer service, they will give you your money back", so I did. After the guy behind the counter took the phone from me and talked for several minutes to the CS rep he hands the phone back to me and walks away. The CS rep tell me they will give me $50 of the $100 difference. Because I am over my minutes (4 days later). You cannot tell me that the guy that sold me the phone didn't know that the prices were going to change, and my minutes were NOT over from the time the store closed 1.5 hours later and opened the next morning. Needless to say, I won't be back.
