paid an exorbitant $800+ to transfer a lease. finance manager assured me i'd be receiving my original deposit back from VW in 4-6 weeks. 10 weeks later, after a call to VW finance, it turns out that my deposit was transferred to the new owner.  repeated emails to finance manager to rectify unanswered. uninformed [or negligent] staff and greasy business. .

Wonderful service by Nicholas, who really knew his stuff. Gave me a better offer than I was trading in and was very accommodating! Very positive experience versus other Volkswagen dealerships I've been to.
