I love the food here however lately the service has been dropping due to them not getting my orders right the last couple of times but I will use and keep on using them.Food: 5/5
Well kept Mary Browns in Bowmanville off the 401, a few seats to dine in and staff is quick with the orders, lots of parking space and great tasting chicken and taters.
Tasty chicken and wedges. Staff are friendly and quick. Store is clean and when not too busy well run
Ordered the 13 pc feast today and I was truly disappointed for paying $55 . Could of got 16 pcs at kfc for $30 . The quailty of the chicken from the last time I had this has really gone down hill and there isn't a difference between this and kfc but being more expensive. The pcs of chicken use to be huge and full of meat but now you get these chicken wings and small kfc like chickens. I had bad stomach pains and so did my wife and we both had blood in our stool and we fed this to our 2 young kids . Definitely not coming back
I love Mary Browns. Don’t think I’ve ever had an issue at any location. The Big Mary’s are just as big and delicious and the updates Spicy one is spicer than before. The location is a bit small though which is especially troublesome during Covid. Also be aware that the parking lot is shared with Mr Sub and the entrance appears wider than the ramp to the road is. Stay to the east side closest to the traffic lights or you will bottom out your car and rip the bumper off. It’s very dangerous as it’s the same height as hitting a sidewalk curb.
The Kitchen staff was very rude and we did not like the attitude. The cashier was friendly . We are a regular customer of Mary browns at out area and like the food so searched for near by Mary browns on the 401. Totally disappointed and cancelled the order and left.
Only 2 issues....1st - It gets so busy in there that they should consider a bigger location...2nd - Paper bags that fall apart before you leave the building...Food: 3/5
Buffalo big Mary had a squirt of Buffalo sauce on it lmao forgotten items just all around garbage restaurant well this one in particular Atleast.
Always a good visit fast and prompt. They get through a line up very fast Never disappointedFood: 5/5
