Fast food restaurants are known for consistency. Unfortunately lately many of them have been consistent with being overpriced, missing ingredients on an order and in my case dry burnt chicken served at bowmanville Wendy's. To Wendy's management...people want better. Where's the quality.
Ive had 2 bad experiences at this Wendy's location in Bowmanville off of Liberty and bowmanville ave. Just recently....purchasing 4 sandwiches and only getting 2 COLD sandwiches! I understand the team in there is a bit younger but the manager really needs to step in and help train them or something. This is a great location but it's being horribly run! From the team to the manager smh
I've always enjoyed Wendy's and go when I can often, today I went after a particularly hard day and noticed I forgot to eat. When I got to the window to get my food I had just stopped crying but was wiping my face and apologized to the lady, she told me there was a mixup with my order and asked if a upgrade was ok, I said no problem so they didn't have to throw it out. When she handed me my food she gave me a free frosty and said I'm sorry you had a hard day, it broke me and I started crying again and couldn't stop saying thank you. I didn't catch her name but I wanted to post a review to say thank you so much for helping brighten my day.
One of the best Wendy's in the GTA. Amazing staff fresh food and quiet setting. Seating has usb plugs and chargeable stations for your phones and laptops.Food: 5/5
Great customer service! Went to drive through and didn’t realize they didn’t put 3 orders of fries in the bag until we got home. Called the store and an employee delivered the fries to my door in Courtice!! Unexpected but thankful I didn’t have to make the travel back.
Went there on Friday June 30th, early evening! Just wanted to say thank you to Kathy, you put a smile on my face, in fact my whole family said you were amazing! You are excellent at what you do it didn’t go unnoticed! Amelia you were friendly too and had our order done right and fast! You guys rock! You are both amazing workers! Thanks again for your kindness!
Ordered and paid for 2 burgers and 3 packs of 4 piece nuggets from the drive thru . 1 pack of nuggets was missing from my order. Kids were upset and It was too late to drive back. Staff should check the order for accuracy before handing out the bags. Also, the nuggets were very hard.
The one staff member... EXTREMELY rude. Heavier set female, probably no older than 21. EDIT: AN ADDITIONAL PROBLEM Came today asked for a baconator -lettuce wrapped with mayo, no ketchup no mustard, Asked for mayo at the window because usually there isn’t never enough, to my surprise get my burger and no mayo on it and the worker at the window gave me ketchup instead of mayo. I cannot have bread - hence the lack of bun Won’t be back to your location as I can no have ketchup and not having mayo made my burger very un enjoyable and dry. First rude service, and now an incorrect order. Not impressed with this location at all.
Food is what you’d expect, Wendy’s is usually fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. The biggest issue with this location is the same for most that are split with a Tim Hortons. The parking lot is an absolute disaster. The drive thru is even more of a disaster. Getting in and out of the property can be a disaster.
