The portions were a joke I can go to any other bar burrito and they don’t put a pinch on lettuce and 1 scoop of rice for a regular burrito. It’s like there rationing. Never going back there again.
I wish no star was an option, ordered a burrito bowl and it was embarrassing. My 5yo son eats more food than what was in the bowl. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened but it will be the absolute last as I will not make that mistake again. Not returning and do not recommend.
The restaurant in Bowmanville is amazing and I will definitely be going back there more often…The food was so delicious!!! The gentleman that served my wife and I was very helpful with suggestions on what toppings would go great with what we ordered. Very friendly and Clean.
We have ordered from this location many times. I always get the same bowl and used to not be able to finish all of it. You can imaginr my shock and extreme disappointment when my order arrived tonight and half of the bowl was empty. I am hungry after having eaten my very expensive bowl. Not to mention my husband paying $8 for a side a fries that may have contained a total of 10 fries. Complete waste of money.
Just wanted to share my positive experience this evening at BarBurrito in Bowmanville. I had a glitch happen on their website while placing my order online. I went to confirm my payment and the screen froze, went blank and then took me back to my order page showing the items not purchased yet. So I checked my online banking and there was no charge made. Checked again 5 min later and still no charge so I went and put through my payment again. Went to go pick up my order an hour later and they had received my order twice and made the food twice. I did check my banking on my way there after leaving Walmart and saw the charge for food was done twice. 2 email confirmations were also received with 2 different order numbers. When I walked in the manager, Kisan, was waiting for me by the bags to discuss my order. He was very nice and listened to what happened on my end and offered to give me a store credit not able to refund orders placed online as it goes to corporate and gave me the extra food at no cost to me. Despite the technical glitch which happens! and being charged twice, the situation was rectified without hassle and I left a happy customer. Moral of the story…technology isn’t perfect, things happen. And lesson learned, call restaurants if the online ordering has a glitch to see if they got your order before placing another one!
The food is always fresh and hot. Great selection of toppings. Service is fast and friendly. Never been disappointed. Vegetarian options: All menu items haw vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: They have a good selection of gluten free option
This is one of the best burrito bowls I’ve had. Will definitely go back . So if anyone is looking for good food Bar Burrito is the place .
Cheaters. I ordered quesadillas but they billed me for mild chicken bowl which is 5 dollars more than what I ordered and gave quesadillas. I have receipt and I'm going to take legal action. Never go to this place. They will cheat and give you different product. I have already sent an email to feedback@barburrito email address and never heard back anything.
Hi this restaurant is the best I have eaten there many times everything is so fresh and the portion size is always perfect
Everything is fresh, great quality food items at a great value always consistent, one of my favorite places in town.
