Harvey's

Got a mobile order for this location. Pick ups are inside on the counter. I arrive and I’m locked out and it’s very cold and windy. They see me knocking on the window and waving and they ignore me. Eventually they start waving for me to go to the drive through. They want me to get in line behind 9 cars and my food is ready on the counter. Eventually I find a door on the side that they neglected to lock and they look at me like I’m a crazy person when I come in. I get my food and leave and make it halfway home and I realize they forget some of my order. When I eventually got home food was pretty cold. Very poor staff and management tonight. Wont be going back

Went through the drive through.....order was taken quickly and was hot and correct when received. The lady at the drive through was pleasant. If in the area would go back. Its handy being next to the 401.Food: 4/5

Ordered an original burger with the works, got a burger with lettuce, tomato, cheese and what I can only describe as the most god awful spicy mayo I’ve ever had. It actually made me feel sick to my stomach and burnt my mouth off to boot. Called the restaurant 5x and got no answer. The store was empty and I was the only person in the drive through. No excuse for service that poor.

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that they where out of Swiss chalet chicken and that’s the only thing my kid wanted. But the food we did get was good and freshRecommended dishesMy Burger, Veggie Burger, Poutine

The food was amazing as always, but the drive thru is a big ridiculous hassle. The person on the speaker just talks over you instead of letting you talk. Drive thru just needs some fine tunning.

Please avoid this location at all costs, I ordered on doordash and they took 1hr just to confirm the order on their screen. All they had to do was click accept or deny the order when they see it. They don't even pick up the phone. All the negative reviews on here is true. Hopefully someone buys this place and turns it around.

Horrible service. The sandwich maker wasn't able to make 2 identical burgers for me at the same time. Had to do it one by one. Every other Harvey's and other places can do that no problem. I couldn't believe it! Plus the wrapping job of my burgers was just bad.

Very disappointed with the Bowmanville location. Every time we make an online order there are missing items. This time was missing onion rings for one of the combos, and even more frustrating was bacon missing on my BACON cheeseburger! Shouldn’t have to unpack an over $80 order to try and see what’s missing…

Mostly it's important to know the Swiss Chalet menu shuts down before the restaurant and the Harvey's does. I believe they stop serving the Swiss Chalet menu at 9:30pm.
