Service is very good. Our waitress was so friendly and kind. Food was fresh and delicious. The fish taco was different good different it was like a mini fish sandwich with fresh coleslaw salad and guacamole. My husband got the southern chicken sandwich and he loved it. The patio was nice too
Went out with my daughter and my granddaughter for lunch. Loved the nachos. The fries were neat too. Kid-friendliness: Neat coloring sheet for the kids with Crayola crayons. Kid menu is awesome.
I had a very enjoyable experience here last week! The food was hot and fresh and our server Michaela was very helpful and polite. Even though she was very busy with other tables, she was always attentive and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our time here. Highly recommend this location over other pub and bars in the area!
The restaurant is great and so is the food however it was overall the worst serving experience I’ve had, I’d recommend the restaurant but not this location. During our visit we seen our server once for our order and once for the bill. The food took double the time, then there was no cutlery, we requested a refill on drinks twice, that I had to leave my table to ask for, that never came, when our food was served it was incorrect and the second server who brought it out was unsure of what we even had ordered, it was missing the extra sauce and the chicken was over cooked, we received an extra plate that was not ordered which we ended up paying for anyways, when you try to get any servers attention they will speed by you, when we finally requested the bill it took 2 reminders and 15 minutes just to leave. All they really focus on is joking and laughing with the guests grabbing a single beer. At first we thought it was just our table but the 2 tables of guests beside us managed to have the same experience and looked just as annoyed. It is a GREAT restaurant with great food, I just do not recommend this location remotely.
Came in a few days ago and had an amazing experience! My server was Brianna. She was quick, attentive, and kind to my family and I. The food came out quickly and was delicious! Hands down one of the best service experiences I have ever had. I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much Brianna
Decided to try somewhere we've never been for my Birthday. The food was very good, lots of choices on the menu. I got their signature St Louie's poutine with their Louie 92 sauce. Same for the wings. The sauce is very tasty, with nice heat to it. Hubby got the ribs. All the food was tasty with good portions and we all enjoyed it. The food was ready from the kitchen in a timely manner. Unfortunately I think our server was very new and/or didn't really know how to serve at all. The server messed up two things we ordered. Brough me nachos instead of the poutine ???, my one daughter ordered the adult chicken finger meal and was brought the kids one even though she ordered from the adult menu. The server was nowhere to be found and didn't come by the table at typical intervals to check on things, take drink refills, etc. No plates or dishes were cleared once the entire meal so we made a big pile. I finally got to order a second pint of beer and it took so long for it to be brought out we were done eating by the time it arrived. We didn't eat fast, it just took that long. We didn't get dessert, just paid and left. I'd try it again sometime as we did like the food and the atmosphere was fine. Everyone was very friendly. Just too bad about the server not knowing how to serve. She would have been perfect seating people and bussing tables as she was very friendly.
I went to lunch with my bff. The server was so polite and friendly, even gave us complements. Food was amazing, a large portion as well. We weren't rushed at all. First time going and won't be the last!!!
My experience basically left no impression good or bad. Lots of tvs to view any sports, food is good not great and my server was ok. The food came out quick which is great considering their was only 3-4 tables in house and a non stop stream of skip/uber deliveries. Got a chicken sandwich, could have been better. Just didn't hit the spot like some fried chicken sandwiches do. There was an upcharge on a side salad. Didn't realize their was a lettuce shortage. I'll probably go again just not a first choice place
Super poor service. After specifying that we didn't want spicy sweet asain bbq in our nachos they brought us spicy nachos. After requesting new nachos they go to kitchen and put non spicy sauce mixed with spicy sauce and pretend like the spicy sauce will miraculously dissappear. We ask for new nachos but were brought our fries and a side of sauce, the staff requested we test the sauce before ordering new nacho. I don't need to test a sauce I order the same sauce every time and it's not spicy, the sauce they brought out was not spicy and they claimed that it was the same sauce on the nachos but it definitely wasn't. I don't understand why it was such a battle in the first place?!?! We were not happy with our order and as paying customers we shouldn't be expected to pay for something that is not what we ordered. After this experience we didn't feel like staying in the establishment. We spoke to a manager and to our surprise her attitude was even poorer apple doesn't fall far from the tree and she basically kept fighting us on the flavor. We ended up just leaving and going to a much friendly better service oriented establishment whcih is right next door Boston pizza where the service was excellent and we got the nachos the way we wanted. There are many establishments like these all-over town and we don't mind going to them instead. Strongly suggest to train your staff not to offer such disrespectful service .
Kiara was our waitress, she was super attentive, she informed us about the popular meals, such as the St Louis wing poutine, it was amazing ! Thank you so much for being fast and efficient. Nice experience, definitely will be back !
