A really nice girl named haley, fixed up my son's bike for free. She took about 10 minutes and then didn't charge me, that was amazing. I recommend this shop, good people there.

Had an excellent buying experience at Marty’s from start to finish. I was buying a bike for my partner who didn’t know about it yet, and took an accurate guess at the size. Later found out they had the other size in a box and they called me to inform me in case we wanted to double check we got the right size. They built it that afternoon just for that reason. The original size ended up working better but it was nice to have peace of mind. Haley was great to deal with throughout the whole experience.

First time visiting here to get my dropper post repaired. They didn’t have the cartridge in stock, but hooked me up with a rigid aluminum post while I wait so I can keep riding in the meantime. That’s thoughtful and excellent service. Much appreciated.
