Martin's Super Market

I was so disappointed with this store. It usually is very nice with full stock and shelving rotated with proper expiration dates in order. Today bread was already expired along with sour cream. I had to use the restroom and I was absolutely disgusted. It was filthy. Absolutely no excuse for the kind of filth I saw. I can understand a little bit as waiting for end of shifts to go in and do cleaning but it appears that it had been let go for a very long time and had just been mopped with soaking wet mop and not rung out or gone over a second time to rinse let alone dry. It was filthy and moldy. It’s sad to say but I have been in truck-stop restrooms that have been much more sanitary. I can’t believe how someone would splatter dirty water on the walls and leave it and the wall and floor by the hand dryer….. are you kidding me? How hard is it to get a spray bottle of bleach and disinfect the wall under the dryer or the corners under the sink. You know they make small crevice brushes for in between the stalls. I have included photos, They are worth a 1000 words over what I could explain. If the workers are that lazy in the restroom it really makes me uneasy purchasing from the salad bar, hot food bar, or deli. It is totally uncalled for in a grocery store. I will never be back!

I love shopping at Martin's. The shelves are always stocked, the store is clean, and the employees are friendly. I love shopping for Flash Food Sales, and I am getting more comfortable with the Clip and Save coupons.

Mayce behind the Starbucks counter was the nicest and prettiest young lady I have met all week long. She gave me the words of encouragement I really needed to hear, while making my delicious iced espresso.nThank you for making me feel beautiful and caffeinated, Mayce. You made my Martin's experience all the worthwhile!

Rude staff. Little girl that just answered the phone and caught an attitude should learn more about customer service before picking up a phone and hanging up on customers for no reason. Completely ridiculous.

this is what white privlidge looks like. Rude staff and terrible design/layout to store, very hard to find what you want. Low quality too.
